Pilates Mat/Barre Schedule

Book a free Consultation or register for our Introduction to Pilates Program to get started with your Pilates practice. Please contact the studio to reserve your space in our Pilates programs, as space is limited.

Evolution’s Langley Pilates Studio offers a full-range of Pilates programs to give you a complete and effective Pilates experience. Whether you are just starting your Pilates practice or are looking to expand on your current skills, our Langley Pilates Studio has a class to help you reach your health and wellness goals.

Pilates Reformer

Using the versatile Pilates Reformer machine, this progressive, 16-week program will build core strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance, coordination, and posture. There are hundreds of different exercises for the reformer – you will never get bored and always stay challenged! Space in these classes is limited, so be sure to reserve your space early.

Pre-Requisite: Reformer Prep or Personal Training
Class Format: 16 Week Pre-registered series
Length: 1 hour

Yoga Schedule

Evolution Studios offers Langley yoga classes on a drop-in basis that are suitable for all levels. To get started, pick any class on our schedule and come down to the studio!

Make sure you arrive about 15 minutes before the class starts, come well-hydrated, and bring a towel and a bottle of water. If you don’t have your own yoga mat, we have some here that you can borrow or purchase. Come prepared to learn, sweat, and feel great!
