Since 2001, Evolution Studios has been bringing Langley Pilates and Yoga classes that suit everyone’s needs. We believe movement should help you live your life—not just improve your workouts.

At Evolution, we focus on quality over quantity. Smaller class sizes allow us to provide personal attention so every client feels seen, safe, and successful.
Our certified and specialized instructors are dedicated to giving you the best possible experience having been through internationally recognized comprehensive training programs.  Each instructor is unique, but their goal here remains the same.
