Since 2001, Evolution Studios has been bringing Langley Pilates and Yoga classes that suit everyone’s needs. Our Langley Pilates and Yoga Studio offers a fun, relaxing, compassionate, and understanding environment where you can be comfortable starting out as an absolute beginner or challenging your existing skills.

Evolution Studios’ certified and specialized instructors are dedicated to giving you the best possible experience. Our instructors have been through internationally recognized comprehensive training programs, each bringing with them a different style and approach to Pilates and Yoga.

Our goal is to truly teach you what Pilates and Yoga are by helping you understand how your body moves so you can reach your full potential. We keep our Pilates and Yoga class sizes small so that our instructors can provide more individualized attention to you, making sure you are doing exercises safely and effectively. We understand that every person is unique. There is no “one size fits all” Pilates and Yoga class – our instructors offers modifications to tailor the class to your needs so that each person can benefit from our classes.
